Why hasn’t my tracking updated yet?
Tracking updates may take time to appear after a shipping label is created or after a package enters the carrier’s system.
If your order is still within a normal processing window, a short delay in tracking activity is not always unusual.
My package says “delivered,” but I can’t find it. What should I do?
Please check around the delivery location first, including porches, side doors, parcel lockers, mailrooms, front desks, neighbors, and other household members.
You should also contact the carrier directly using the tracking number. If you still need help, email us at info@combinevitamin.com and include your order number.
Can my order arrive in more than one package?
Yes. Some orders may ship separately depending on the products ordered, packaging needs, or fulfillment routing.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Maybe, but not always. Orders may move into processing quickly, so address changes are not guaranteed once an order has been placed.

Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time, product availability and shipping options may vary by destination. If a shipping destination is not available at checkout, it is currently not supported.

Can I cancel my order?
We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been placed, because some orders enter processing quickly.
If you need to request a cancellation, email us as soon as possible at info@combinevitamin.com. We will do our best to help if the order has not already moved too far into processing.
I entered the wrong information on my order. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately with your order number and the correct information. We will try to help if changes are still possible, but updates are not guaranteed once an order is already being processed.
Why was my order canceled?
Orders may be canceled for reasons such as payment issues, product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or other order verification concerns.

Can I return my order?
Because many of our products are ingestible wellness products, we generally do not accept returns of opened items.
For safety, quality-control, and hygiene reasons, returns are limited and reviewed case by case where applicable.
Can I return an opened supplement?
In most cases, no. Opened or used ingestible products are generally not eligible for return.
What if my order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery at info@combinevitamin.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A short explanation of the issue
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A photo of the shipping label if available
What happens if my claim is approved?
If a claim is approved, the resolution may include a replacement shipment, refund, store credit, or partial refund depending on the issue.
