We want this to be easy to understand. This page explains how orders are processed, how shipping works, what to expect if there is a delivery issue, and when a return, replacement, refund, or store credit may be available.

Because many of our products are ingestible wellness products, returns are limited.

  • Opened products are generally not eligible for return

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed after payment is successfully received and verified. Because our products may be prepared and fulfilled through trusted third-party production, fulfillment, warehousing, and shipping partners, processing time may vary depending on product type, destination, order volume, and operational conditions.

Please note: Processing time happens before the carrier shipping window begins. A shipping estimate does not mean the package leaves our system immediately after purchase.

Orders may be delayed by factors such as:

  • High order volume
  • Payment review or billing verification
  • Product availability
  • Severe weather or transportation disruption
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping information

2. Shipping Timeframes

Estimated processing time:
Usually several business days before shipment.

Estimated transit time:
Depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the delivery destination.

Any shipping or delivery dates shown on the website, at checkout, in confirmation emails, or in tracking communications are estimates only. They are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Some orders may arrive in separate packages if items are fulfilled from different locations or are packed separately.

3. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, some shipping destinations may be unavailable or restricted based on carrier, operational, or fulfillment limitations. If your address cannot be serviced, we may contact you, cancel the order, or issue a refund for the affected items or order.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipment to any address where fulfillment is not reasonably possible.

4. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is delayed, misdelivered, returned, or lost due to an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for the resulting delay or loss. If reshipment is possible, additional shipping and handling charges may apply.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

Because orders may enter processing quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order is placed.

If you need to request a cancellation or address change, email us as soon as possible at info@combinevitamin.com. We will try to help if the order has not already entered processing, packaging, or shipment, but changes are not guaranteed.

6. Lost, Stolen, Delayed, or Marked Delivered Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, shipping movement is outside our direct control.

If your tracking shows a delay, no movement, or “delivered” status but you cannot find the package, please do the following first:

Check the tracking link carefully

Look for the exact delivery date, time, and any delivery notes.

Check around the delivery location

Look around porches, side doors, parcel lockers, mailrooms, front desks, and shared delivery areas.

Ask neighbors or household members

Packages are sometimes accepted by another person or left nearby.

Contact the carrier

Use the tracking number to request more information directly from the carrier.

We may assist with reasonable investigations when possible, but we are not responsible for carrier delays, carrier scanning issues, or packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

7. Return Policy

Because many of our products are ingestible wellness products, we generally do not accept returns of opened items.

For safety, quality-control, and hygiene reasons, returned ingestible products that have been opened, used, or consumed are generally not eligible for resale or return.

Returns are generally not accepted for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products purchased by mistake
  • Personal taste or texture preferences
  • Change-of-mind purchases
  • Orders where the customer selected the wrong product
  • Orders with address issues caused by customer error

8. When We May Review a Refund, Replacement, or Store Credit Request

We may review requests for a replacement, refund, or store credit in limited situations, including:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item arrived defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The shipment appears materially incomplete

Approval is not automatic. We review each issue individually and reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution in our sole discretion.

9. Claim Window and Required Information

To request review for a shipping or product issue, please email info@combinevitamin.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the outer packaging
  • A photo of the shipping label if available

If we do not receive enough information to review the claim, we may ask for additional details before making a decision.

10. Possible Resolutions

If we approve a claim, the resolution may include one of the following, depending on the issue:

  • Replacement shipment
  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Store credit
  • Partial refund if only part of the order was affected

The specific remedy, if any, will be determined by us based on the circumstances of the case.

11. Items Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement

Requests may be denied if, in our judgment, the issue involves any of the following:

  • The product was opened, used, or consumed
  • The request was made outside the review window
  • The issue is based on personal preference rather than damage, defect, or fulfillment error
  • The shipping problem resulted from an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • The customer failed to follow storage, handling, or product instructions
  • There is insufficient evidence to support the claim

12. Return Shipping

If we determine that a return is necessary, we will provide instructions before you send anything back. Do not mail products back unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or discarded and may not be eligible for any credit or refund.

13. Subscription Orders

If you purchase through a subscription or recurring order program, the same shipping and return rules generally apply to subscription shipments unless otherwise stated in writing.

To avoid being charged for the next subscription cycle, you must cancel before your next billing date. Once a recurring order has been processed, prepared, or shipped, it may not be cancellable or refundable.
